Solar Valley has rich experience in the manufacturing of ultra-high precision V-groove for optical communication, owing 12 sets of Toshiba ultra-high precision V-groove processing machines and technical research and measurement equipment. We adopt ultra-precision processing technology to produce V-groove for optical devices, which is applied to the component FAU to complete the optical signal input and output of PLC chips. It involves four technical fields: optical glass-stone precision machining, high precision grinding and polishing, online photoelectric measurement system, automatic fixture system. Solar Valley can provide customers with ultra-high precision V-groove for optical communication with 1 ~ 100mm shape size, the pitch can be 0.127, 0.250, 0.500mm--. V groove has a variety of structure with equal distance, unequal distance and unequal height. We can produce a variety of 4, 8, 16, 32, 48, 64, 128, 192-channels V-groove, ensuring the pitch size within P±0.0005mm.
