The physical and chemical properties of RT Glass Capillaries are outstanding, including their high resistance to thermal shock and chemical corrosion, making them durable and reliable for long-term use. One of their notable features is the high ultraviolet (UV) transmission characteristics, which is particularly advantageous for optical fiber applications. This property allows for the rapid curing and bonding of 2, 3, or 4 optical fibers within the capillary using UV-sensitive adhesives, effectively fixing and positioning the fibers in place.

The glass capillary tube is melted and drawn at high temperature. The surface is transparent, which eliminates local hidden micro-cracks on the surface. It is not easy to crack and break when dispensing glue to fix the optical fiber, and the dispensing qualification rate is high.
The glass capillary tube is transparent and has high UV transmission characteristics. The capillary tube and 2/3/4 optical fibers can be quickly cured and bonded with UV adhesive to fix and position the optical fibers.
